11月9日・10日に征峯会で「しらとりまつり」が開催されました。
売店やゲームコーナー、バザーなどさまざまなお店が並び、外国人材の方々も出店に参加したり、一緒におまつりを楽しみました。✨
写真に写っているのは、ピアで支援員として働くエムさん。今回は私たちJGSと同じ多国籍料理ブースで、タイのサラダ「ヤムウンセン」を販売しました。
エムさんは今年、技能実習生から特定技能へ変更し、現在は介護福祉士を目指し、毎日頑張っています。日本での生活も今年で4年目。新しく入ってきた外国人材の方々にとって、身近で頼りになる存在です
お客様はもちろん、普段職場で会わない方ともたくさん話せるので、日本語力もさらにUPしそうですね！

The “Shiratori Festival” was held at the Seihoukai social welfare corporation on November 9th and 10th.
Various shops such as, game corners, and bazaars were lined up, and foreign people also participated in the opening of the store and enjoyed the festival together. ✨
The person in the photo is Mr. M, who works as a support worker at Pia shiratori . This time, he worked with us at multinational food booth and sold YAM WOON SEN, a Thai style salad.
Mr. M changed from a technical trainee to a specific skill this year, and now he aims to be a nursing care worker and is working hard every day. This year marks the 4th year of living in Japan. He is a familiar and reliable presence for the new foreign workers.✨
At festival, he was able to talk with many people not only customers, but also colleagues he doesn’t usually meet at work so it seems his speaking skills improved a lot!☺️
