みなさん、成田空港からおはようございます！JGSです！
先ほどインドネシアIDNより、Aさんが無事に入国されました✈️✨

日本に到着するまでの間、乗り換えのタイミングなどでこまめにLINE連絡をくれていたので、スタッフも終始安心して到着を待つことができました！感謝です😊

さて、今日の成田の気温は24度。

ついこの間まで夏かと思えば、急に気温が下がって肌寒くなってきましたね🍂
環境の変化もありますので、体調を崩さないようにしましょうね！

そしてありがたいことに、JGSは今日から9月いっぱい、ほぼ毎週のように入国対応が続きます✈✨
個人的には成田空港第1ターミナルの駐車場に入るのが少し苦手なので、この機会に克服するチャンスかも…！？🚗💨

それではこれから茨城県へ移動し、市役所で転入手続きを行ってきます！

3月15日(日)に受け入れ企業の「征峯会」様にてバドミントン交流会が開催されました！🏸✨

当社がサポートしている特定技能のインド、ミャンマー、インドネシア出身の方々も参加し、日本人スタッフの皆さんと一緒に汗を流し、大いに盛り上がりました。🇮🇳🇲🇲🇮🇩🇯🇵

普段の真剣な仕事モードとはまた違った、明るい笑顔や積極的なコミュニケーションが見られました。コートの上では言葉の壁を越え、みんなで一つのシャトルを追いかけていました。🏃🏸

普段の仕事だけでなく、このような交流イベントにも時間を作って積極的に参加している姿を見ることができ、とても嬉しく思います。😊🌸

仕事以外の場でのコミュニケーションも、より良い関係づくりにつながっていると感じました。 😊

On March 16, a badminton event was held at Seihokai! 🏸✨

Members from India, Myanmar, and Indonesia who we support under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program also joined. 🇮🇳🇲🇲🇮🇩🇯🇵

Everyone worked up a sweat and had a great time playing together with the Japanese staff.

It was wonderful to see their bright smiles and active communication, different from their usual serious work mode. On the court, everyone chased the same shuttle, going beyond language barriers.😊🌸

We’re really happy to see them not only working hard but also making time to participate in events like this.
Moments like these help build stronger relationships beyond the workplace. 😊

ミャンマーから新たな特定技能（SSW）のウェイさんとケイさんが、無事に日本へ到着しました！🇲🇲🇯🇵

長旅で少し疲れもあったかと思いますが、2人の明るい笑顔がとても印象的でした✨入国後は市役所での手続きへ向かい、生活の基盤を整えます。もちろんマイナンバーカードや在留カードについても丁寧に説明いたします。そして手続き後は新しい住まいへ・・・部屋を見て喜ぶ姿に、私たちも安心した気持ちになりました。昼食を食べ、午後は必要な日用品を揃えるため、自転車で近くのスーパーへ買い出しへ～！初めての日本でのお買い物は楽しそうでした！慣れない環境で不安もあるかと思いますが、目標を叶えられるよう、日々の生活をしっかりサポートしていきたいと思います🤝🏢

Wai and Kei, two new Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) from Myanmar, have safely arrived in Japan! 🇲🇲🇯🇵

Although they were probably a little tired from the long journey, but their bright smiles left a strong impression on us ✨ After arriving, we headed to the city hall to complete the necessary procedures and help them settle. And of course, we carefully explained important matters such as the My Number card and residence card.

Once the paperwork was finished, we went to their new home. Seeing how happy they were when they saw their room made us feel relieved as well. After having lunch, we went by bicycle to a nearby supermarket to buy daily necessities. It looked like they really enjoyed their first shopping experience in Japan!

They may feel some anxiety in this unfamiliar environment, but we will continue to fully support their daily lives so they can achieve their goals.

みなさん、こんにちは😃

ミャンマーから新たな特定技能（SSW）の6名が、無事に日本へ到着しました。🇲🇲🛬🇯🇵

皆さん初めての日本で緊張していましたが、慣れてくると積極的に質問してくれました、日本の寒さには驚いているようでした。🥶😳🧣

市役所での手続きを終え、お昼はみんなでお弁当を食べました！初めての日本食でしたが皆さんおいしい！と完食してくれました～皆で食べるとおいしいですね！🍱😋

初日は役所の手続き、近隣スーパーなどを回って最低限の土地感をつけ、アパートに入居します。
そして週明けから仕事もスタートします！不安なこともたくさんあると思いますが、皆さんの目標の為に、安心・安全な生活ができるよう私たちはサポートさせていただきます☺🍞🥬

Hello everyone 😃

Six new Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) from Myanmar have safely arrived in Japan. 🇲🇲🛬🇯🇵

Since it’s their first time in Japan, they were quite nervous at first. However, once they started getting used to the environment, they actively asked questions. They also seemed very surprised by how cold Japan is! 🥶😳🧣

After completing the procedures at the city hall, we all had lunch together. It was their first time trying Japanese food, and everyone said “It’s delicious!” and finished their meals. Food really tastes better when we eat together! 🍱😋

On the first day, we completed the necessary procedures at the city office, visited nearby supermarkets to help them get familiar with the area, and then moved into their apartments.📑🛒🍞🥛

They will start working from next week! I’m sure they have many worries and uncertainties, but we will support them so they can live safely and comfortably while working toward their goals.💪
