Business content:
The Security Specialist is part of the IT Security Office team responsible for security in the IT Department. As a security expert in the IT department, you will be responsible for multiple areas of the following, including proposals for security-related technical requirements.
・ Installation and operation management of endpoint security solutions (antivirus / EDR)
・ Introduction and operation management of internal threat countermeasure solution (DLP)
・ Operation of log monitoring platform (SIEM) and development of monitoring content
・ Security review of in-house developed applications
・ Introduction and operation management of ID management solution
・ Planning and ex*****on management of countermeasures against vulnerability diagnosis results
・ Security monitoring, investigation of alert contents (including user communication)
・ Incident response business (cooperation with group companies and GSOC)
・ Pe*******on test ex*****on plan planning and ex*****on management
・ Security evaluation of cloud services, planning of corrective measures, management of countermeasures
・ Other information security related operations for risk management of the company
Requirements / Skill / Experience:
・Business Level of Japanese Language Required
・ Experience in designing, developing and operating IT systems
· Familiar with or willing to learn Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure security
• Have a degree in computer science or similar technical field or have equivalent work experience
Desirable skills to have
・ Practical experience of cloud security
・ Practical experience in network-related work
・ Experience using BI tools or SEIM tools
・ Experience using security software applications and tools
・ Security audit support

セキュリティスペシャリストはIT部でセキュリティを担当するITセキュリティオフィスチームの一員です。IT部門のセキュリティ専門家として、セキュリティ関連の技術的要件の提案を含め、以下の中から複数の領域を担当いただきます。
・エンドポイントセキュリティソリューション（アンチウィルス/EDR）の導入、運用管理
・内部脅威対策ソリューション（DLP）の導入、運用管理
・ログ監視基盤（SIEM）の運用、監視コンテンツの開発
・社内開発アプリケーションのセキュリティレビュー
・ID管理ソリューションの導入、運用管理
・脆弱性診断結果に対する対策立案、実行管理
・セキュリティ監視、アラート内容の調査（ユーザコミュニケーション含む）
・インシデント対応業務（グループ会社、GSOCとの連携）
・ペネトレーションテストの実行計画立案・実行管理
・クラウドサービスのセキュリティ評価、是正策立案、対策状況管理
・その他、会社のリスク管理のための情報セキュリティ関連業務
必須条件・Skill・経験:
・ITシステムの設計・開発・運用経験
・Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azureのセキュリティに精通している、または習得する意欲がある
・コンピュータサイエンスまたは同様の技術分野で学位を取得しているか、または同等の実務経験があること
あると望ましいスキル
・クラウドセキュリティの実務経験
・ネットワーク関連業務の実務経験
・BIツールまたはSEIMツールの使用経験
