​نبحث عن مبرمج Python متمكن لديه خبرة عملية في تطوير أنظمة إدارة العيادات والمراكز الطبية (Clinic Management / EMR / HIS)، ويفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في التكامل مع الأنظمة الصحية والمالية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

​المتطلبات الرئيسية:

​• خبرة قوية في Python وتطوير Backend Systems وREST APIs.

• خبرة سابقة في تطوير Clinic Management, EMR أو HIS Systems.

• فهم جيد للـ Healthcare Workflows مثل التسجيل، المواعيد، الملف الطبي، الفوترة والتأمين.

• خبرة أو معرفة قوية بالتكامل مع NPHIES (نفيس)، خصوصًا Eligibility, Pre-Authorization, Claims & Communication APIs.

• خبرة في ZATCA E-Invoicing – Phase 2 والتكامل مع أنظمة الفاتورة الإلكترونية السعودية.

• خبرة جيدة في قواعد البيانات وتصميم الأنظمة القابلة للتوسع.

• خبرة في API Integration والتعامل مع الأنظمة الخارجية.

• القدرة على تحليل المتطلبات وتحويلها إلى حلول برمجية مستقرة وقابلة للتطوير.

• الالتزام بجودة الكود، الاختبارات، التوثيق وGit workflows.

​تعتبر ميزة إضافية:

​خبرة في Django / FastAPI، PostgreSQL، Docker، Cloud Deployment، HL7/FHIR أو أنظمة التأمين الطبي السعودية.

​🎯 نبحث عن شخص لا يجيد Python فقط، بل يفهم بيئة العيادات والأنظمة الصحية وكيف تتحول إجراءات العمل الطبية والتأمينية إلى Software Workflows عملية.

START IT Consulting is looking for a Senior Business Systems & Process Specialist for an immediate freelance/project-based engagement in Amman.
We are looking for a senior, hands-on professional with strong experience in:

End-to-end business processes: O2C, P2P, Planning, Inventory, Warehouse/Logistics and Finance

Manufacturing, distribution, supply chain and/or outsourced manufacturing

ERP-enabled business processes; Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central experience is highly desirable

Process mapping, controls, approvals, master data, handoffs and gap identification

Business process assessment, improvement and transformation

Future-state process design, requirements, SOPs, UAT and implementation support

Working directly with senior management and operational teams
