Head of Sales
Location: Riyadh
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Head of Sales to drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, and execute sales strategies across key customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting and deal closing
Collaborate with internal teams on market plans, pricing, and priorities
Monitor sales KPIs and ensure process compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Leader (Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar)
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Strategic thinker with hands-on ex*****on skills
Experience in carshers, spare parts ,mining, logistics, or construction sectors
