Work Life Orientation program is important specifically for universities and generally for corporates and organizations because it lays a foundation for the graduate's/student's entire career in the work life. First impressions for employers are important since they establish the basis for everything that follows. Without orientation, graduates/students feel uncomfortable in their new journey and take longer to reach their full potential.

Moreover Work Life Orientation program:

Provides the graduate/student with concise and accurate information to make him/her more comfortable in the work life ;
Encourages confidence and helps the new graduates/students adapt faster to the job;
Contributes to a more effective, productive workforce;
Improves employee retention; and
