​Resource and Inventory Management:
​Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, cutting tools, and other consumables.
​Monitor and control the consumption of cutting tools and other spares to reduce overall costs.
​Oversee the preventive maintenance (PM) of all machines to minimize downtime.
​Reporting and Analysis:
​Collate and analyze production data, preparing performance reports and KPIs for senior management.
​Analyze data related to rejections and reworks to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
​Required Skills and Qualifications:*
*​Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.*
