We are super excited to announce the Post Graduate Certification in Banking and Finance (BFSI), in collaboration with Union AMC, as a new addition to our existing Post Graduate Certification Program.
This program comprises hard skills training in Banking and Finance (BFSI) Domain. Post the completion of their Training & OJT, they will work as a full-timer with a CTC of 3.5 LPA + incentives, and get a designation of Relationship Officer.
We would like to give you a further walkthrough of this program's offerings:
3 months of extensive domain training: Aspirants will receive hard-skills training under Banking & Finance (BFSI) Course, in which they will understand the domain and get theoretical and practical exposure.
OJT: Post this training, aspirants will pursue OJT (which can go upto 6 months, depending on the aspirant's caliber) with a salary of ₹15k + performance incentives.
Full-Time Employment: The aspirant will work in the Banking & Finance domain, depending upon the job profile they are selected for, with a CTC of 3.5 LPA Fixed (incentives + conveyance will be separate).
Post Graduate Certification: The aspirant will receive a PG Certificate in the Banking and Finance (BFSI) domain from Expertrons and endorsed by Union AMC.
Eligibility: Graduates below 25 years of age and less than 1 year of work experience.
Candidates should also have NISM Series V-A Certification before joining.
