Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design development,
statutory approvals, and overall project coordination for large-scale IT parks, mixed-use
commercial developments, and high-end residential projects.
This role is positioned as a Design & Approvals Lead, responsible for driving coordination
from concept and design stages through approvals and project kick-off. The incumbent
will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and project site teams to
ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless transition into ex*****on.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in handling projects end-to-end
in a similar coordination role, with strong ownership of timelines, stakeholder
alignment, and design readiness.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Min 12 years of relevant experience in IT parks, mixed-use commercial, or premium
residential developments.
-3/4 years in similar role
- Must have handled at least one large-scale project from design inception through
approvals and site commencement in a project coordination or design management role
to completion/handover

We're looking for an independent, self-driven debt syndication professional to own the financing process for our residential and commercial real estate projects in Pune — deal sizes ranging from ₹200–700 crore.

This is an individual contributor role. No team to manage — just you, backed fully by our senior leadership on strategy and negotiation, while you run the process end-to-end.

What you'll own:
- Debt syndication across Construction Finance, LAP, LRD, structured equity/quasi-equity, and alternates like REIT/AIF structures
- Direct relationships with NBFCs and banks
- Tracking and scheduling the full process — term sheet to disbursement
- Coordinating lenders' consultants (valuers, engineers, legal) for diligence
- Documentation for lender due diligence (title, RERA, appraisal, DSCR/LTV, escrow)
- Running lender meetings and presenting leadership with clear financing comparisons

What we're looking for:
- 4–8 years in debt syndication, structured finance, real estate lending, or NBFC/bank relationship roles
- Real, working relationships with lender credit teams — not just past employer's network
- Someone who's genuinely comfortable owning a process solo, without a team
- MBA (Finance) or CA preferred, not mandatory
