We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
CSRs will respond to inbound customer inquiries. CSRs will use a wide variety of cloud-based tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
Minimum experience of 10-12 months (preferred in BPO) can get up to 30k-35k.
Freshers can also be considered if they have excellent communication skills and can get up to 20k-25k.
Qualification:- considering both graduated & undergraduates with excellent communication skills.
5 days working only. (Work From Office)
Sat & Sun will be the fixed off.
Permanent night shift with door-to-door cab facility.
Male and females both can apply.
Virtual interviews are available for candidates from outside Mohali.
The candidate should be comfortable relocating to Mohali.
