Essential Competencies:
Must be a Graduate (In any Stream)
Good communication skills (English and Local Language)
Experience Required - Minimum 2-4 Years in Team Handling (Field sales operation)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manpower Acquisition(BDL has to create a team of its own).
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the team of an assigned location.
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the team.
Maintaining a proven track record of daily, weekly, and monthly
Responsible for achievement of targets, and acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily/monthly targets.
Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks, and providing support to team members.
Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
Mandatory guidelines to be followed:
Candidate must have a bike with DL
Age criteria:18-35
CTC 3-3.6 LPA
