🛠️ *Key Responsibilities:*
*Claim Management:* Efficient processing and submission of warranty claims as per TATA Motors guidelines.
*Documentation* : Maintaining meticulous records of failed parts, job cards, and technical reports.
*Parts Inspection:* Coordinating with the service team to inspect replaced parts and ensuring proper tagging/storage.
*Rejection Analysis:* Tracking rejected claims and implementing corrective actions to minimize loss.
*Audit Readiness:* Ensuring the branch is always prepared for OEM warranty audits.

🎯 *Requirements:*
*Experience* : 3–5 years in Warranty/Service operations (CV industry preferred).
*Technical Knowledge*: Familiarity with TATA Motors CRM/DMS systems is a huge plus.
*Education:* Diploma or B.E. in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
*Skills*: Strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
