We have an urgent opening for HR Executive for leading transformer radiator & tank manufacturing company at Corporate Office at Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai).

Position: HR Executive
Location: Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai)
Experience: 2+ years of experience.
Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology Or any Psychology diploma / course.
(Any Psychology diploma/ degree or experience must)
CTC: Depends on Current CTC, Experience and Interview (Budget is 12LPA)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Conduct pre-screening, behavioral, and competency-based interviews to shortlist the best-fit candidates.
2. Psychology-Based Selection Techniques
Incorporate psychological principles and tools to assess candidates personality, cognitive abilities, and emotional intelligence.
Administer and interpret psychometric tests such as MBTI, DISC, Hogan Assessment, or other relevant tools for better hiring decisions.
Analyze candidates behavioral patterns to predict cultural fit, leadership potential, and job performance.
3. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, job role requirements, and desired personality traits.
Provide insights and recommendations based on psychological evaluations to hiring managers.
4. Process Optimization
Design structured interviews and assessment centers leveraging psychological frameworks.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all recruitment activities.
5. Employer Branding
Contribute to developing strategies that promote company as an employer of choice for diverse candidates.
Craft job advertisements that reflect the organizations culture and psychological commitment to employee growth.
6. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical hiring practices.
Prepare and present data-driven recruitment metrics and psychological evaluation insights to management.
7. Onboarding Activities
Handle onboarding, enabling new hires to succeed in their roles.
