Our May Cohort of Embark brought together aspiring people leaders for an immersive learning journey designed to strengthen the foundations of exceptional leadership. Through meaningful discussions, reflective exercises, and collaborative experiences, participants explored the essential capabilities that inspire high-performing teams—strategic prioritization, purposeful delegation, impactful feedback, effective communication, and fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

What made this cohort truly remarkable was the authenticity in the room. Leaders challenged perspectives, shared experiences, and embraced opportunities to elevate their approach to leading people with intention and empathy.

As part of Joy by the House of Astors, Mealicious Monday by Team Jazz at The St. Regis Mumbai celebrated the arrival of the monsoon with a thoughtfully curated dining experience inspired by the season’s most cherished flavours and traditions.

The cafeteria was transformed into a captivating monsoon-inspired setting, adorned with elegant umbrella installations that brought the beauty and nostalgia of the rains to life. The immersive décor created a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, setting the tone for an afternoon of seasonal indulgence.

The menu paid homage to classic monsoon favourites, featuring refreshing spiced buttermilk and freshly prepared bhajiyas served hot and crisp—comforting flavours that perfectly complemented the season. Guests concluded the experience with a delightful fruit custard, adding a sweet and refreshing finish to the meal.

Blending seasonal cuisine, engaging décor, and moments of togetherness, Mealicious Monday by Team Jazz offered our hosts an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and savour the simple joys of the monsoon—reflecting the warmth, care, and hospitality that define The St. Regis Mumbai.
