Job brief
We are looking for a Recruiter with End to end recruitment experience in bulk hiring and blue collar staffing,
from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Responsibilities
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by
daily responsibilities, which include:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 year of experience preferably into BFSI sector.
