1. Sales Head – Industrial Automation & Digital Solutions
Role Overview
The Sales Head will lead the sales strategy, business development, and key account growth for Kemar Automation's automation and digitalization solutions across India.
The role requires a strong solution sales mindset with experience selling IT, automation, software, or technology solutions to large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national business development and revenue growth
Develop sales strategy for industrial automation and logistics digitalization solutions
Identify and pursue opportunities in industries such as:
Ports & Container Terminals
Steel & Metal Manufacturing
Cement Industry
Automotive Manufacturing
Logistics & Supply Chain
Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Plant Heads, and Logistics Heads
Lead solution selling approach including problem identification and consultative selling
Work closely with technical and project teams for solution design and proposal preparation
Drive large enterprise deals and long sales cycles
Build and mentor the sales team
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and strategic accounts
Experience
12–18 years in B2B technology or automation solution sales
Experience selling enterprise IT solutions / automation systems / software platforms
Experience handling large industrial clients
