Job Description
• It is primarily a B2B modelled company, collaborating with small/medium size laboratories,
hospitals and similar medical institutions. This is a critical profile and shall have the key
responsibilities assigned and monitored by the top management. The Associate/ Executive of it’s Business Development Department is tasked with meeting prospective clients (or existing
ones) in an assigned territory face to face, presenting and impressing upon the advantages of
tying up with ITS and close the transaction.
• The opportunity is significant specifically for fresher or profiles with limited experience. There is a big scope of learning to become an ace profile in the industry.
• The JD can be wider in scope based on how much the candidate can bite n chew, but shall

• टेली कॉलिंग और क्लाइंट कोऑर्डिनेशन का काम संभालना
• मौजूदा और नए क्लाइंट्स से संपर्क बनाए रखना (Follow up)
• क्लाइंट की ज़रूरतों और ऑर्डर से जुड़े कामों को मैनेज करना
• ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध और बातचीत बनाए रखना
• काम को आसानी से चलाने के लिए कंपनी के अंदर के विभागों के साथ तालमेल बिठाना
• क्लाइंट के रिकॉर्ड और रोज़ की रिपोर्ट को अपडेट करना
योग्यता के नियम
• ग्रेजुएट या हायर सेकेंडरी (12वीं पास) उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं
• बातचीत करने का अच्छा हुनर ज़रूरी है
• भाषा: हिंदी, बांग्ला और अंग्रेज़ी
