• The Company is seeking experienced Land Surveyor for their Pipeline projects who has worked at UAE oil & gas fields in Habshan, Bu Hasa and Asab areas.
• Must have strong experience in conducting land surveys for pipeline routes, facilities, and infrastructure works in Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other modern surveying instruments.
• Responsible for setting out, leveling, and surveying the site as per design drawings and project requirements.

Designation: Road Safety Coordinator

Job Description:

* Should have prior experience working in Oil & Gas Construction / EPC projects with strong exposure to road safety management.

* Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining road safety programs as per UAE traffic regulations and ADNOC requirements.

* Ensure strict compliance with company and client HSE policies related to road transport and vehicle movement.

* Conduct Journey Risk Assessments (JRA), route surveys, and hazard identification for project logistics and transportation activities.

* Monitor driver performance, conduct defensive driving awareness, and organize road safety training sessions.

* Oversee vehicle inspections, roadworthiness, and compliance with RTA/ADNOC guidelines.

* Investigate and report vehicle accidents, near misses, and unsafe driving incidents, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

* Liaise with project management, client representatives, and government authorities on all road safety matters.

* Maintain road safety records, statistics, and prepare monthly reports for management.

* Proficient in using GPS tracking systems, IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems), and other telematics for monitoring compliance.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence multi-national workforce.

Qualification & Certification:

* Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.

* NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Managing Safely certification (mandatory).

* Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

* ADNOC approved Road Safety Coordinator certification will be an added advantage.

# Experience: Minimum 8–10 Years in HSE, with at least 5 years specifically in Road Safety Management in the Oil & Gas sector.

* Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification (HAZID), and ensure proper control measures are in place.

* Carry out toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workforce at all levels.

* Lead a team of individuals focused on all aspects of the project and cost controls to support activity spanning a variety of especially Hydrocarbon Pipeline, Flowline, Well Head Hook-Up construction projects.
* Experienced in Cost Estimation, preparation of Job Cost Reports, Cost Control, Earned Value Management, Budgets, Change Management, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting Progress and Performance, and Project Funding through cashflow forecasts.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
