About Us
We are a new-age, D2C athleisure startup crafting high-quality, seamless performance wear using cutting-edge circular knitting technology. Our mission is to disrupt the Indian apparel space with innovative, affordable, and premium-fit essentials designed for today’s multi-tasking, style-conscious consumers.
Backed by a strong in-house manufacturing capability, and a test-first mindset, we’re building a digitally native, lean, and brand-first consumer business. Now, we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can help us find Product-Market Fit (PMF) and scale from 0 to 1—and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
* Define and evolve the brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines across channels
* Craft a compelling brand story aligned with our target consumers (urban, 18–35, comfort-first, aspirational)
* Work closely with the founder to translate business goals into consumer-first brand strategy
2. Launch & Growth Planning
* Drive end-to-end product launch strategies(from naming and packaging to GTM)
* Work with design and e-com teams to ensure SKU-level storytelling is platform-optimized (e.g., Meesho, Flipkart, own D2C site)
* Collaborate with Marketing Manager / performance teams to craft campaigns that convert
3. Content & Creatives
* Own the content calendar and work with content creators, stylists, and designers
* Write or supervise product descriptions, email copy, ad copy, etc., across marketplaces and channels
* Lead shoot planning (models vs. mannequin vs. flat lays),care labels, packshots, and size charts with high visual fidelity
4. Consumer Insights
* Lead consumer research (formal/informal), social listening, and competitor tracking
* Bring actionable feedback to design, operations, and founder regularly
* Identify micro-influencer trends, UGC angles, and community growth opportunities
5. Brand Health & Metrics
* Define KPIs like NPS, brand recall, retention, etc.
* Track brand mentions, reviews, and unboxing feedback
* Iterate brand experience based on analytics and consumer behavior
Who You Are
* 5–7 years of experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands (early-stage brand building experience is a BIG plus)
* Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and consumer psychology
* Can write compelling copy and brief visual teams clearly
* Knows how Flipkart/Meesho/Amazon/D2C listings work
* Extremely execution-focused, hands-on, and not afraid to iterate quickly
* Passionate about athleisure, apparel, and building from scratch with ownership
* Bonus: Experience working with freelancers, agencies, or marketplaces
