Choose Change Become, Lucknow (Empowering Youth) A JOURNEY OF SELF TRANSFORMATION As an emerging young leader, you have shown a tangible and active interest in serving those around you.

But what is at the heart of real, substantial change and how can we make it sustainable for ourselves and others? Economic, social, political, and health- related problems – you name it: Now is the time for creative thinking, co-operation at many levels, and solutions that have a lasting impact on individuals and society. While courses in management, politics, social and public policy, fina

nce and economics, technology, etc. are vital to building our skill set and future careers, the design team for this event has something different in mind: how the journey of self-transformation can provide a key to the leadership the world needs. The Choose, Change, Become team is a group of young & emerging leaders from a variety of cultures & careers. Their love for personal progress and desire to help others unearth and develop their spiritual potential is what inspired this retreat. Although bios of all cannot be listed here, you will have the chance to meet the large dynamic team over the day. The retreat will walk participants through a more spiritually centric view of the change process. The process on the day will be participative, creative and
reflective we hope you will:

->Meet and network with like-minded (spiritually progressive, hope driven, courageous) young adults from Lucknow and neighboring cities.

->De-stress and learn meditation in a tranquil and serene environment that will support your spiritual replenishment.

An online zoom workshop to enable young professional minds between 20 - 40 years of age to equip themselves with tools and techniques to create a happy life. International Youth Day was celebrated on 11th August 2019, being a Sunday, at Atma Chintan Bhawan, Brahma Kumaris, Gomtinagar Center, Lucknow. The theme was Transforming Education as given by the United Nations. The event was organised in association with Lucknow Management Association and Rotary Lucknow. The program started with the lighting of the lamp by Chief Guest Mr L.K.Jhunjhun Wala, President FICCI, Lucknow and welcome address. Sister Swarnlata was the speaker of the day and BK Shobhit was the anchor. Around 50 youth coming from different walks of life took benefit from this event. The event concluded with mediation and Prasad.

On 25th July 2018, an hour-long Stress-Free Studies session was conducted for B.Com (Hons) students of Jai Prakash Narayan College, Lucknow students in their campus. Bk Swarnlata and BK Shobhit conducted the session successfully. Around 60 students of B.com final year received benefit. The program was organised in collaboration with LMA YMF local youth body and Mr Devesh Agarwal of ENVISION.
