Position Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Operation Import Executive to manage and streamline import operations by sea. The ideal candidate will independently handle shipment documentation, client coordination, and ensure timely customs clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end import operations (documentation, clearance, CHA coordination).
Manage import shipments by sea and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
Track shipment movements and update clients regularly.
Ensure statutory and customs compliance at all stages.
Manage and resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or amendments.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Handle Import Consol-related activities IGM filing, BOE filing, DO issuance, and amendments independently.
Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Import Operations (preferably Sea Freight).
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain preferred.
Knowledge: Customs clearance, CHA procedures, import documentation, and logistics systems.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Age: Below 45 years.
