Job Responsibilities:
Prospecting, including identifying prospective buyers, collecting databases, organizing & manning enquiry generation activities etc
Giving vehicle demonstration & test drives as per guidelines.
Attending training programs & meetings as per schedule.
Closing sales as per prescribed process including delivery of vehicles.
Documentation for enquiry, test drive, daily reports, order booking, finance, insurance, registration, delivery etc. including explanation of the same to the customers.
Keeping information about the competitor's activity including product details, customer offers etc.
Following SOP's as prescribed from time to time.
To be always dressed neatly as per the protocol of the company.
Ensuring Customer delight.
Ensuring compatible behavior with Team members & other colleague.
Maintaining discipline & decorum as per Company standard & guidelines.
Maintain/Follow KPI's.
To initiate/formulate Kaizen activities.
Any other task/responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
