Under the ambit of SANKALP Scheme, KASE has launched "SANKALP -Youth Innovation Awards" on 15th July 2022. The objective is to increase the share of youth cohort (16-25 years) completing skill development programme. This will provide an opportunity for the candidates certified under short term skill development courses to showcase their skills and innovative ideas.

The key beneficiaries of the programme are the youth who have successfully completed NSQF aligned short term skill development courses in the State (within the past 4 years). This shall include the certified candidates of various state funded schemes and central funded schemes of KASE, Kudumbashree, ASAP, JSS, ICT Academy of Kerala, various Training Partners etc.

In this regard, please share the information to all candidates trained under NSQF aligned short term courses and kindly facilitate the submission of proposals. The poster and video content ( shared herewith)may kindly be shared in the Social media handles of your organisation.

Last date of proposal submission : 20th August 2022.

As you are aware that to commemorate 75 years of India’s Independence (Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav), The National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), Govt. of India is organising a Nationwide Essay competition on Friday, 17th December 2021 for the students in ITI, Polytechnic, JSS, PMKK and NSTIs.

The participants can write the essay in English, Malayalam, Hindi or any regional languages in which they are conversant. The Best Three essays will be given prizes and all the participants will be given Digital Certificates by NIESBUD(Govt. of India).

The details of the event are as under:
Topic: “ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT”
Date: 17th December 2021, Friday
Time: 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

The guidelines for organising the Essay Competition are as below:

1. Registration Link: All the participants are required to be registered on the given link:
https://niesbudtraining.in/Programs/Default.aspx?ProgramID=3242
The registration may be done in advance to avoid last-minute problems.

2. Number of participating students: It is requested to keep a record of the event in the form of Photographs and Short Videos to be shared with the Nodal Coordinator.

3. Duration of the Essay Writing Competition: One (01) hour (11.30 am to 12.30 pm)

4. Language: The participants can write the essay in Malayalam, Hindi, English or any regional language in which they are conversant.

5. Selection of best essays: The management/principal/faculty of the institute may select the best 3 essays and send the scanned copies of the essays to the PM-YUVA Nodal Coordinator of Kerala state ([email protected]) within 5 days of the event. It is also requested to keep a record of all the essays.

6. Awards: Best three essays in the state will be given prizes. All the participants will be given certificates.
