SOS Children's Villages of India is an independent, non-governmental, nonprofit international development organization. It provides alternative families to children without adequate parental care. Children of different ages and background live together in a house with a full-time parent, usually a woman who serves as the children's- Mother (Yashoda Maa). About 7 to 8 children of different age groups live together with their SOS Mother in a Family Home in the SOS Village. About eight to fifteen SOS family homes form a Village Community.
We have some requirements of suitable candidates from each district for caring children as Mother. You may refer two or three suitable candidate who fulfills the below criteria as follows....
Age - 25 to 40 years
Unmarried/widow/divorcee.
Education- Minimum 8th pass
Childless/ children above 15 yrs.
Hence, I am also sharing details of pay scale here....
During the joining salary will be Rs. 7023/- per/month (basic 5100 /- and additional allowance Rs. 2110/- per month). She will be entitled to PF as applicable, medical allowance and Festival Allowance equivalent to one month’s basic salary, free boarding and Lodging. It also attracts increment every year.
