👨‍🔧 Experience: 2–5 Years (On-field experience preferred)
🎓 Qualification: Diploma or Graduate

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain real-time supply tracking and fleet availability
• Coordinate fleet allocation to meet client requirements
• Vehicle placement and onboarding new fleet — preference for candidates with strong driver-cum-owner connections
• Strengthen and expand fleet partner networks
• Conduct operator training on compliance and operations
• Support dispatch, inbound & outbound logistics
• Maintain documentation and operational reporting
• Improve efficiency through coordination and cost optimization
• Manage fleet partner relationships

🧠 Required Skills:
• MS Excel & data management proficiency
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & regional language)
• Target-driven problem-solving mindset
• Coordination and teamwork capability
• Analytical and operational thinking

Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. You will work closely with our recruitment team to understand hiring needs, source candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate the hiring process. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
