➢ K&S Manpower Solution bears all of the costs related to candidate sourcing, reference checks, background checks, and advertising.
➢ We collect all document of the candidate first of background check.
➢ First round of interview will be taken by us which can be telephonic/face to face.
➢ After that candidate resume/profile (without contact details) will be shared to the client of shortlisting
.
➢ Shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for interview to the client office.
➢ Final decision of selection of candidate is in the hand of the client only.
➢ We Not charge to any candidate
REPLACEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
➢ K&S Manpower Solution® professional fee is guaranteed for a Thirty (30) day period, if the candidates itself leaves the company within 30 days of joining date than we provide replacement free of cost.
➢ If the company force candidate to leaves the company than only 45 days replacement is provided.
➢ Replacement is only provided when the payment has been done. No replacement is provided if the client delays payment by more than 15 days
➢ K&S Manpower Solution® is legally allowed to check attendance register of the candidate any time if required.
➢ Only 2 replacement can be given by us on one hiring.
➢ Payment date is same as the date of billing only 5 days relaxation is given on payment after than fine is charged
➢ Rs.100 is per day fine on delay of payment (after relaxation period) until the payment has been made.
➢ Same salary slab candidate is preferable to replaced.
➢ If company hired a replaced candidate on high salary package than previous employee than, in this case difference of the amount chargeable will be paid by the company on next billing schedule.
➢ In any case of default K&S Manpower Solution® is allowed to take legal action.
➢ K&S Manpower Solution® is not responsible of any fraud or any type of theft done by the candidate in this case we can only support the client for any investigation we were capable of. If company hired a replaced candidate on high salary pacakage than previous employee than, in this case difference of the amount chargeable will be paid by the company on next billing schedule.
