NSDC clarifies that no such communication has been issued by NSDC.

Unauthorized Use of NSTPA India Name, Logo, Letterhead, Email & WhatsApp Groups

Dear All,

NSTPA India (National Skill Training Partners association)is a registered association. The only official email addresses authorized for communication on behalf of the Association are:

Any other email address, letterhead, logo, WhatsApp group, social media account, or communication issued in the name of NSTPA India without the Association's written authorization is unauthorized, invalid, and illegal.

It has come to our notice that certain individuals are using duplicate email IDs, the Association's letterhead, logo, and unauthorized WhatsApp groups to falsely represent NSTPA India and damage its reputation. Such acts constitute a serious violation of the Association's rights and may attract disciplinary and legal consequences.

This serves as a FINAL WARNING. All unauthorized activities, including the creation or operation of WhatsApp groups, use of the Association's name, logo, letterhead, email IDs, or any false representation of NSTPA India, must cease immediately.

Failure to comply will leave the Association with no option but to initiate strict disciplinary and appropriate legal proceedings against every individual involved, including former, suspended, or removed members, without any further notice or opportunity.

NSTPA India reserves all its legal rights and will take every lawful step necessary to protect its name, identity, reputation, intellectual property, and the interests of its members. Any person acting dishonestly, fraudulently, or without authorization in the name of the Association shall be held personally liable for all legal consequences arising from such acts.
