Role: HR Recruiter- IT
Job Responsibilities:
• Full recruitment life cycle, IT Staffing.
• Sourcing through Portals, Job Posting, Social Networking Sites and References.
• Work on Permanent, Contract C2H (Contract to Hire).
• Understanding the requirements of the client
• Utilization of internal database to identify potential candidates.
• Short-listing the candidates according to their skill sets
• Screening the candidates thoroughly to ensure that they match the client's requirements accurately
• Following up on the interview process status
• Selecting the right candidates and negotiating their compensation.
• Submission of the eligible candidate to the client and follow up.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Support in interview co-ordination for the different walk-in interviews in client location.

Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good convincing & negotiating skills
