We are looking for Freelancer Recruiters with Work From Remote opportunity
Requirements
>Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
>Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
>Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
>Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
>Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Teams, Webex, Skype, and structured)
>Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
>Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Job Portals, social media recruiting, and Boolean search)
>Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduation in IT or relevant degree
