🚨 HIRING | AUCTION SALES MANAGER – KSA
Location: Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Auction Sales Manager to drive the growth of the auction business for a leading Saudi real estate platform.
This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands the Saudi auction ecosystem and can combine business development, client acquisition, property sourcing and auction sales.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Source properties/assets and build a strong auction pipeline
• Acquire auction mandates from property owners, investors, developers, financial institutions and government-related entities
• Build relationships with key Saudi market stakeholders
• Drive business development, negotiations and transaction closures
• Develop strategies to increase bidder participation and auction sales
• Manage sales targets, KPIs, revenue and auction performance
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal and Technology teams
• Support private, government-related, judicial and Infath-related auction projects
• Drive buyer/investor engagement throughout the auction cycle
We’re looking for:
Direct auction experience is highly preferred.
Ideal backgrounds include:
• Saudi real estate auctions
• Property sales & auction business development
• Infath projects
• Judicial sales / auctions
• Property liquidation
• Digital/electronic auction platforms
• Auction project or team management
The ideal candidate will have strong Saudi market relationships, proven business development and client acquisition experience, excellent negotiation/closing skills and a clear understanding of the end-to-end auction cycle.
Arabic communication skills and relevant Saudi real estate/auction certifications or licences will be an advantage.
General real estate sales experience alone will not be sufficient. Priority will be given to candidates with direct auction exposure + Saudi real estate experience + business development + property sourcing + strong local relationships + closing capability.
