• Recruit Entry Level Positions on a regular basis (20+ people/month)
• Should have the experience in recruiting Team Leads through head-hunting
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Possess experience in Campus recruitment
• Have good contacts with Recruitment consultants
• Confidently work with the Operations & Sales managers to schedule & coordinate interviews
• Create job descriptions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Candidate should have 2 -3 years’ experience in large scale recruitment.
Candidate should have experience in Recruiting from Insurance, Banking, Sales, Retail, BPO or Financial markets industry is preferred.
Ability to work under time limitations & high pressure
Ability to be innovative, can easily network with employees & vendors.
Candidates with experience of more than 3 years of experience need not apply to this role.
Candidates with 6-12 months shall be consider for the role of a recruiter
