JD of Recruitment Lead(IT/ITES):

To handle End-End recruitment cycle.
To coordinate with the clients.
sourcing, screening, shortlisting, follow-up with candidates.
headhunting, social networking, job postings etc..
Responsible for coordinating the complete interview, collecting the feedback's, convincing the candidate to join after he/she is offered.
Maintaining personal database of all the pre-screened candidates and processing their CV's when there is a matching requirement.
Acting as a SPOC for all the clients and delivering the deliverable in time.
