ウッタラーカンド州出身の看護学部卒業生であり、NAVIS HRベンガルール校の訓練生であるバウナ（Bhawna）さんが、2026年度「第34回 JITCO 外国人技能実習生・研修生日本語作文コンクール」にて優秀賞を受賞いたしました。

本コンクールには1,498点の応募があり、優秀賞に選ばれたのはわずか4名という非常に狭き門でした。

バウナさんはベンガルールでの日本語研修を経てJLPT N4に合格し、現在は大阪の春瑛会にて、81監理団体（ https://81society.org/ ）の監理のもと、介護職種の技能実習生として日本でのキャリアを歩み続けています。

彼女のこの功績は、語学学習への真摯な取り組みと献身、そして新しい文化や職場環境に適応しようとする努力の賜物です。

バウナさん、本当におめでとうございます。NAVIS HRは、あなたのキャリアの歩みをサポートできたことを心から誇りに思います。

We are proud to share a special achievement from the NAVIS HR community.

Bhawna, a nursing graduate from Uttarakhand and a trainee of NAVIS HR Bengaluru, has received the Excellence Award (優秀賞) at the 34th JITCO Japanese Essay Contest 2026.

The competition received 1,498 entries, with just 4 Excellence Award recipients selected.
Bhawna cleared JLPT N4 after her Japanese language training in Bengaluru and is currently continuing her journey in Japan as a care trainee at Shunei-kai in Osaka, under the supervision of the 81 Society (https://81society.org/).

Her achievement reflects the value of language learning, dedication and adapting to a new culture and workplace.

Congratulations, Bhawna. NAVIS HR is proud to be a part of your journey.
