Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general
ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting
 Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
 Coordinate and complete annual audits
 Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
 Meet financial accounting objectives
 Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
 Review all branches accounts on monthly basis and ensuring all books of accounts are
accurate and Live
 Coordination with statutory auditors and ensuring the completion of audit on timely
basis and smooth manner.
 Overall a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the
company’s success.
