Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Minimum 2 years of Escalation handling experience on the Social Media Platform
Oversee all customer queries and complaints on social platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter.
Strong understanding of Stocks, F&O, and Mutual Fund products.
Connect with customers through calls, emails, or social platforms to provide the best possible resolutions.
