We are looking for a well-educated inbound and outbound Tele Sales account manager to be responsible for converting leads into sales over the telephonefor (Australia process).
The Tele Sales account manager’sresponsibilities include:
*contacting potential customers and focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information,
products, competitors’ information and customer reactions.
*A successful tele sales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to
handle all aspects of making a sale.
*Right candidate will have opportunity to grow with the business and move into a sales leadership role.
➢ Sales Account Manager Responsibilities
• Initiating sales conversations with potential customers over the phone
• Asking the right questions to engage customers and building rapport
• Listening to the customers' needs and providing tailored solutions
• Confirming all site-specific factors to give an accurate quote
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new
products and technologies
• Gathering and documenting customer information, conversation details,
required payment method, product information and follow up update a
time for every call
• Gather and reporting competitor’s quotes and current market
information
• Getting google reviews and referral leads from converted clients
• Cold data calling when there are no warm leads
• Passing on all relevant details to operations team for timely and on
budget project delivery and client satisfaction
• Meeting sales targets and KPI’s every month.
➢ Sales Account Manager Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Active listener and spontaneous thinker
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
• Proven past tele sales experience
• Working knowledge of basic computer software’s including MS-Office
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
• Strong Negotiation skills and highly organised
• Punctual, Responsible and Reliable
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent from a reputed university
• Minimum 2 years past Tele Sales Experience
• Previous Managerial experience will be preferred
➢ Salary and Perks
• Rs.15,000/month Basic + Rs. 750 Commission per sale + Bonus from 15
sales onwards.
• Salary review after every 6 months
➢ Working hours
• 04:30 am - 1:30 pm Mon-Fri
• 04:30 am - 10 am Sat
