physics engineering students who wish to have the skill to step ahead of another students, by holding a series of activities that support the internal and external to its progress, including : Short Courses, Discussion Forums, Seminars, Fieldtrips, and Work Shops.

Greetings, Energy Enthusiast!

Seismic interpretation is one of the most important stages in hydrocarbon exploration, transforming seismic reflections into meaningful geological information. Through this process, geoscientists can identify subsurface structures, depositional environments, stratigraphic relationships, faults, and potential hydrocarbon reservoirs.

By analyzing reflection patterns such as onlap, downlap, toplap, and truncation, interpreters can reconstruct depositional histories, recognize unconformities, and predict lithology distribution beneath the surface. Now, how can a series of seismic reflections reveal millions of years of geological evolution? Let’s go find out!
