香港政府公佈最新外籍家庭傭工（外傭）的規定最低工資及膳食津貼調整政策細節如下：

規定最低工資：由每月 HK5,100上調2.35% 至 HK$5,220。

膳食津貼：維持不變，為每月不少於 HK$1,236。

生效日期：適用於 2026 年 10 月 3 日或以後 簽訂的所有新外傭合約。

外傭的勞工權益

* 勞工有權在每七天期間享有最少一天休息日，並有權享有法定假日及有薪年假。僱主不能強逼勞工在休息日及假日工作，或以任何形式的薪酬代替發放法定假日給勞工。

* 勞工應在不遲於工資期完結後的第七天獲全數發放合約指明的工資(款額不應低於簽訂合約時的規定最低工資)。

* 受僱期間，勞工將獲提供免費膳食，但僱主也可選擇以膳食津貼代替。

* 在整段受僱期間，勞工必須在合約指明的僱主住所工作及居住。僱主須向勞工提供有合理私隱的免費住宿。

* 僱主會在合約生效前向勞工提供從原居地前往香港的免費機票，以及在合約完成／終止後，提供返回原居地的免費機票和旅費。

* 在港受僱期間，勞工將獲提供免費醫療，不論疾病或受傷是否受僱而引致
