【城巴於「多元、平等及共融」領域備受肯定】
每年的3月21日為「國際消除種族歧視日」，旨在呼籲社會大眾關注種族歧視問題，冀消除任何形式的種族歧視，促進種族共融。日前，由Jobsdb by SEEK舉辦的「The Hong Kong HR Awards 2025/26」頒獎典禮上，城巴十分榮幸獲大會頒發「Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award」獎項 – 印證我們致力創造共融工作環境，使每位團隊成員都能發展所長的決心。
城巴一直透過宣傳教育、培訓及落實公司政策等多方面，營造一個多元共融、彼此關懷的工作環境。我們鼓勵同事之間互相尊重、和諧共處，並為不同種族、文化、性別、年齡等多元背景的同事提供平等的發展機會，讓大家能夠在工作中盡展所長。今次獲獎，是對我們持續推動多元共融工作的重要肯定，亦確立了整個城巴大家庭的共同使命。

Citybus Recognized for Excellence in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
The International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is celebrated every year on 21 March to raise people's awareness on racial equality, eliminating all forms of racial discrimination and promoting diversity and inclusion. At the recent "The Hong Kong HR Awards 2025/26" organized by Jobsdb by SEEK, Citybus was honoured to receive the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award – a recognition that validates our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive.
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and caring workplace through various initiatives, including comprehensive education programmes, targeted training sessions, and inclusive company policies. We encourage mutual respect among colleagues and provide equal development opportunities for colleagues of different races, cultures, genders, and ages – enabling everyone to realize their full potential at work.
