🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Design, plan, and execute CSR projects focusing on environmental sustainability, social equity, and community engagement
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement shared-value initiatives
✅ Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder analysis to guide program design
✅ Track, measure, and evaluate project performance to ensure impactful results
✅ Prepare regular reports for both internal and external audiences
✅ Coordinate volunteer and employee engagement activities to foster a culture of responsibility and participation
✅ Stay informed about CSR trends, regulations, and best practices in Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong background in CSR program development and management
✅ Knowledge of environmental sustainability, social equity, and community engagement
✅ Excellent communicator with the ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders
✅ Analytical skills to track and report on project impact
