You are therefore informed to go for loading and collection at any bank that provide E-zwich services.

NASPA NHIS REGISTRATION EXERCISE

NASPA Ashanti Region in collaboration with the National Health Insurance Scheme(NHIS) is declaring Saturday 13th June, 2015 a day for registering all National Service persons across the region.

The leadership of NASPA Ashanti has successfully lobbied for the least premium of fifteen cedis (GH15) throughout the region.

Personnel are entreated to be present at their various District NHIS Offices at exactly 7:00am for their Biometric Health Insurance Registration on the aforementioned date.

MASS PASSPORT REGISTRATION INTERVIEW STARTS, 1st JUNE, 2015.

The Official interview of the passport registration would start tomorrow 1st June 2015, 6am at the passport office.

Converging point is at NSS Regional Secretariat, Adum- Kumasi.

We are progressing with the process as we wait to receive the first batch of the birth certificates for those who did not have.

NOTE: Persons are kindly advised to come along with their.
1. NSS ID card
2. Original Birth Certificate ( For those who submitted photocopies )

Ten interview slots would be available each day. Persons would be contacted in person on their interview dates, considering their district location.

As at the close of today, our office received the long awaited monthly message for the month of APRIL's ALLOWANCE, we therefore advice that all service persons within the Kumasi metro can effect loading of their monies for onward withdrawal at any bank with E ZWITCH services.

🇬🇭🇬🇭NASPA MASS PASSPORT REGISTRATION.🇬🇭🇬🇭

🌞NASPA ASHANTI REGION as part of it projects for the service year is embarking on a mass passport registration of all service persons within the region.

🌞PROCEDURE
All interested person are suppose to buy their passport form from the bank; (Bank of Africa, Ecobank etc.) and fill in the requirements.
It is a major requirement to have a (BIOMETRIC BIRTH CERTIFICATE) before registering.
Attach the Biometric Birth Certificate and receipt to the passport form and submit it to your NASPA District president.
NOTE: In order to speed up the process,we have made arrangement with the Regional Birth and Death registry to make Biometric Birth Certificate for all those who do not have at fee of GH50.
This Birth Certificate procedure is for only those who were born in Ashanti region. It is required of people born from other region to do it over there as it is a policy of the registry.

🌞SUBMISSION DATE
The date of submission of the passport form with receipt and birth certificate is between
Monday 11th May - Friday 15 th May 2015
NOTE: All NASPA district president are supposed to submit the forms latest by the said Friday 15th May, 2015.

🌞It is required of all persons to an interview at the passport office to give out their Bio-data.
This would start from Monday 25th May, 2015.
This process would base on the district that presented their forms early.

🌞We would advise all to cooperate with the timing to help expedite the process.

Payment of national service allowance for February 2015 has been effected via- zwich
Meanwhile, all outstanding allowances for January/February 2015 ( mainly due to submission of wrong e-zwich numbers/ non- submission of e-zwich numbers/ late submission of monthly duty report forms) are being worked on and will be paid after the Easter break.
Personnel affected are kindly treated to exercise patience.

Comrades, colleagues , friends, fellow youth of our beloved country...Ghana has reached that stage which calls for a massive overhaul of our systems, a paradigm shift in our approach to problem-solving and a dramatic change from the government-must-do attitude to a what-must-i-do attitude; exhibiting a sense of patriotism and nationalism.
The future belongs to us, but it must not catch us unawares. We must be prepared for it by getting more concerned and involved at our neighbourhoods, districts, municipalities and metropolises.
The journey to change is an arduous one, but if we start by being the change we so much desire, we will get there. No matter how long it takes, we will get there.
Friends, as part of our many New Year Resolutions, let us resolve to play a part in the "Operation Change Ghana" agenda and set the wheels for our change and development in motion now, not later.
As we sing "Joy to the World...." this yuletide and make merry, let's give Ghana a thought, and agree with Nelson Madiba Mandela that " “Overcoming poverty is not a task of charity, it is an act of justice. Like Slavery and Apartheid, poverty is not natural. It is man-made and it can be overcome and eradicated by the actions of human beings. Sometimes it falls on a generation to be great. YOU can be that great generation. Let your greatness blossom."
