Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation and assembly of crushing and screening plants. Coordinate the installation of crushers, vibrating screens, feeders, conveyors, hoppers, bins, and related equipment. Review technical drawings, equipment layouts, installation manuals, and engineering specifications. Ensure that equipment is correctly positioned, aligned, leveled, and securely installed. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural installation activities. Supervise contractors, technicians, welders, mechanics, electricians, and other installation personnel. Inspect foundations, steel structures, supports, platforms, chutes, and equipment connections. Carry out equipment alignment, inspection, testing, and pre-commissioning activities. Identify installation problems and coordinate corrective actions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in the installation and commissioning of crushing, screening, quarry, mining, or aggregate-processing plants.
Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, pumps

Duties: The Precast Concrete Block Production Worker is responsible for assisting with the production of precast concrete blocks and related products. The role involves preparing materials, operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, handling finished blocks, and maintaining a safe and clean production area.
In the mine, changing the screens, mill where the hammers are placed that are changed every month.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in construction, concrete production, manufacturing, or factory work is an advantage.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods and lifting or moving heavy materials.

Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Lifting, carrying, and moving concrete blocks and raw materials, etc.
