Self Search was founded by Joyce Sika Twum In April 1995. After over 25 years of working with diverse cultures and individuals in different countries as a Teacher, Counsellor, Transformational Speaker, Career/ Executive Coach and Human Resource Consultant, Joyce came to the conclusion that regardless of one’s social status everyone has challengies relating to personality, domestic and or career-

related needs. She therefore decided to set up a company that will assist people to find themselves, confront their issues through application of varied assessment tools and be empowered to make informed personal, educational and career-related decisions. The name Self Search stems from her believe that everyone is an asset from within and if only you will look within yourself and discover what your assets are, you will be empowered to contribute meaningfully to your existence and to society.
