If you’ve ever wondered what really happens behind the scenes of a private equity deal, this is one not to miss.
 
Latham & Watkins is teaming up with Advent to host an exclusive student event on Thursday 5 November at Latham’s London office. You can learn so much when you see a deal from both the lawyer’s and the client’s side, and this event is a rare chance to get both perspectives in one room.
 
The session will walk through a hypothetical Adventacquisition, show what junior lawyers actually do on a deal, and look at careers in-house and in private practice, before wrapping up with a panel Q&A and networking.
