🚧 Progress is taking shape on our latest large-scale laboratory fit-out project for an industrial processing client.

The facility will deliver 6 specialist laboratories, supported by high-performance Trespa TopLab Plus Align worktops, bespoke HVAC infrastructure and 7 industrial fume cupboards.

Inside the building, our team is now installing the laboratory furniture and worktops, to transform the space into a fully functioning technical environment.

Outside, work is progressing on the specialist HVAC infrastructure that will support safe, efficient laboratory operations and the demanding extraction requirements of the facility.

Klick’s May update 🌱
A few years ago we adopted No Mow May and created a designated wild area at our head office. It may not look like a picture-perfect meadow, but it’s already helping wildlife thrive, creating a calm outdoor space for our team and allowing us to play our part in supporting nature. 🐝🦋

Meanwhile, across our project sites, it’s all systems go.

Work is progressing on the complete of a , including structural alterations, new partitioning and improved access arrangements to create a more functional environment for students and staff. Delivering works during term-time brings additional challenges, but careful planning and coordination are helping the project run smoothly.

Our laboratory fit-out team are also adding the finishing touches a highly technical project to support the demands of advanced analytical services, with the client now beginning to move in and commission equipment ready for operation.

It’s great to see projects taking shape while continuing to focus on sustainability, collaboration and creating environments that work for the people using them.

Our educational refurbishment team is gearing up for a busy summer programme, helping schools and colleges deliver high-quality learning environments on time and within budget.

We’ve already commenced strip-out works on an exciting refurbishment project, which will see the complete transformation of the existing space to improve functionality, circulation and catering provision.

The project includes:
• Structural alterations and reconfiguration works
• New partitioning and revised access arrangements
• Expanded servery areas and a new dedicated 6th form service hatch
• Installation of new catering equipment and appliances
• New extraction and air conditioning systems

As with many education projects, careful planning is essential due to term-time working and the need to minimise disruption to the live school environment. Significant detail has gone into programming, logistics, safeguarding and coordination to ensure the project progresses safely and efficiently throughout the .

You will see from the photos below there is a lot of work to be done but we’re looking forward to sharing further updates as the transformation takes shape.

Klick are adding the finishing touches to a full laboratory fit-out for Analytical Services International (ASI), which will transform their analytical facility into a modern, high-performance environment.
