🔧Duties:
Contributing to the production of all products.
· Ensuring that batches produced meet the appropriate quality standards.
· Ensuring that all Health and Safety and COSHH procedures are followed during production.
· Packing of products into the appropriate containers.
· Labelling correctly, storing in the correct location and cleaning equipment afterwards.
· Packaging up products ready for shipment.

⏰Hour:
Monday – Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm
Friday 8:30am-4:00pm

💷Pay:
£12.71 per hour

Quality Control: Inspect finished items, troubleshoot product defects, and ensure high manufacturing standards.
Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S workplace organization principles.
Teamwork & Communication: Communicate production status with shift management and take part in continuous improvement initiatives

📍You will be working a 3 shift system Monday to Friday

⏰Hourly rate will be from £12.71 per hour, however, you will get an shift allowance when working nights

· Operate designated machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Ensure machines run at optimal efficiency and meet daily/shift production targets.
· Set up machines for production, completing pre-start checks and relevant paperwork.
· Ensure correct programs, films, and date codes are used for each product run.
· Maintain a clean and safe work area, including machinery, in line with hygiene and safety protocols.
· Undertake basic strip down of machine (and re-assemble) for scheduled cleans

⏰Hours of work & Pay rate:
6am – 2pm : £14.99 ph including shift allowance
2pm – 10pm : £16.04 ph including shift allowance
10pm – 6am = £17.09 including shift allowance

🔧Duties:
Degreasing and preparation of moulds prior to coating, ensuring components are correctly prepared and free from contaminants before entering the coating process.
Hand coating of moulds, applying ceramic slurry and coating materials in accordance with the required process specifications and ensuring an even and consistent application.
Operating the robotic coating equipment, loading and positioning moulds correctly, selecting the appropriate programme and monitoring the equipment throughout the coating process.
Operating the robot, ensuring moulds are correctly positioned and processed in line with established operating procedures and production requirements.

⏰Monday to Friday-
Monday to Thursday - 6am - 1330PM - 37.5 Hours
Monday to Thursday - 13.15-2100, Friday 13.15-19.45 - 37.5 Hours
Monday to Thursday - 20.45 - 06.15 - 38 hours a week.

💷Hourly rates are from £17.60 per hour
