• A confident, natural cook with strong leadership instincts
• Calm under pressure with great decision making skills
• Knowledgeable in budgeting, stock control, and waste management
• Fully certified in food hygiene and committed to excellence
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• A driver (due to our beautifully remote location)
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
