🚛 AIRSIDE DRIVERS WANTED – HEATHROW AIRPORT 🚛

We're recruiting 10 Airside Drivers for our client at London Heathrow Airport – Cargo Terminals.

✅ Temp-to-Perm
✅ 4 on / 2 off shift pattern (8.5hr days, mix of earlies & lates)
✅ Immediate starts available

💷 Pay rates:
• Basic: £14.37/hr
• Standard + shift allowance: £15.31/hr
• Mon–Fri overtime: £21.55/hr
• Sat/Sun & Bank Holidays: £28.74/hr

We're looking for drivers with experience in ONE of the following:

🔹 HGV Class 1 or Class 2 (18T+)
🔹 Bus/Coach (double deck) – min 1 year
🔹 7.5 Tonne – min 1 year
🔹 3.5 Tonne van/multi-drop – min 2–3 years' proven experience

📋 Must have a stable work history and be able to provide a 5-year employment reference/HMRC letter.
🚫 Taxi/private hire only experience not accepted (unless combined with 2+ years on 3.5T vans or similar).

Airside driving experience is a bonus but not essential!

We're recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse Operative to join a busy air cargo operation, handling perishable and general cargo.

📦 The Role:
• Manual handling of cargo – chilled, frozen & ambient
• Counter-balance FLT work, 1.5t–8t
• Picking, packing, splitting & sorting shipments
• Loading/unloading vans through to artics
• Building & logging aircraft pallets (in/out via computer system)
• Accurate stock logs – paper & electronic
• Working closely with office team & supervisor
• Strong housekeeping standards

✅ What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years warehousing experience
• Air freight sector experience
• FLT licence – B1 essential, B2 desirable
• Reliable, hands-on, team player – comfortable working nights

⏰ Shift Pattern: 4-on-4-off, 19:00–07:00
💰 Salary: £30,000 rising to £32,500 after probation + overtime (especially Feb/March/Dec peaks)

We're recruiting for a Night Shift Supervisor to join a busy air cargo/warehouse operation.

📦 The Role:
• Oversee warehouse ops through the night into day shift handover
• Direct liaison with night staff, drivers & management
• Load/unload company fleet + air cargo pallets (build & breakdown)
• Crosscheck paperwork vs cargo for accuracy
• Hands-on role – you'll be on the tools as well as leading the team
• Provide detailed shift handover to oncoming supervisor

✅ What We're Looking For:
• Warehousing & transport systems experience
• Air cargo background preferred
• FLT licence – up to 10-ton MHE
• Strong leadership & time management
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• H&S conscious

⏰ Shift Pattern: 4-on-4-off, 7pm–7am
💰 Salary: £35,000 gross + overtime available

The Role
