Are you an experienced Deepwater Drilling Engineer looking for your next offshore challenge?

Performance Energy is recruiting a Deepwater Drilling Engineer to support a major deepwater development programme in Latin America.

This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex horizontal wells, optimise drilling performance using Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS), and support the delivery of advanced deepwater drilling operations. You'll be involved in well planning, real-time engineering support, drilling automation and continuous performance improvement throughout the campaign.

To be considered you'll need:
• 10+ years' drilling engineering experience
• Extensive deepwater and horizontal drilling experience
• Strong knowledge of Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS) and directional drilling
