The Role:
We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and good with people to join the team. The role is a mix of recruitment, customer bookings, account management and sales, so it suits someone who enjoys variety and can think on their feet.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing daily bookings and staffing requirements
Speaking with clients and candidates throughout the day
Sourcing and screening candidates for roles and shifts
Matching the right people to the right jobs
Handling last-minute changes and solving problems quickly
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Supporting business growth through sales and account development
Keeping systems and records up to date
What We’re Looking For:
Someone personable, driven, and reliable
Good communication and confidence on the phone
Organised and able to work in a busy environment
A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Recruitment, sales, customer service, or scheduling experience is helpful, but personality and work ethic matter just as much
