After 32 years of dedicated service, it’s time to say a very special thank you to Julie.

Julie, your hard work, constant support, and that effortless smile have meant more than words can say. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no task too big, and no challenge met with anything other than calm professionalism. When you merged onto my social care desk, you did so without a single complaint just positivity, teamwork, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

It has truly been a pleasure working alongside you, and you will be missed more than you know.

Now it’s your time time to slow down, put your feet up, get in that hot tub, and enjoy the retirement you so richly deserve.
And of course… let’s get that retirement bash arranged! 🎉

✨✨We are very excited to share that, as of today, we have officially rebranded to Think Care Group Ltd. ✨✨
This marks an important and positive step forward for us all, and we look forward to sharing more as we continue to grow and develop.

Firstly, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our directors, Fran and Nick, for their absolute commitment and dedication to the business over the years, please see a message from them below:

When the doors to Hayes Staff opened almost 36 years ago, we could not have known just how much we would owe to the hundreds of you who have worked with us over the years, making Hayes Staff such an amazing and successful local, family-run agency.
We have so many fantastic memories, remembering the many friends we made and the people we have so sadly lost. We are so grateful to you all.
Now we have decided to retire and have handed over the reins to the Freedom Group, leaving Emma and her wonderful team very much at the helm.
We wish you all the very best and will always keep Hayes Staff close in our hearts.🤍

Since being taken over by Freedom Investment Group in January, we have been working to align more closely with our core care values and operate as part of a wider group. In the coming months, you will hear more about the Freedom Group, and we will be introducing our new director Phil and owner Darren in future newsletters.
We will also be arranging a lunch at our new office, where we can come together to celebrate these changes and successes, and give you the opportunity to meet them in person.

Most of all our high quality care will continue and expand ❤️✨

Can anyone support this truly exceptional charity, which plays a crucial role in our clients care plans and personal development? It provides a safe and inclusive space where individuals of all needs can access the community, connect with peers, and participate in meaningful activities. We are seeking support to help the charity secure a new hub, ensuring our clients can continue to attend and benefit from activities.

Unfortunately, DASH has been informed that it will be required to vacate The DASH Hub, located in the Pavilions Shopping Centre, by Easter 2026.
The organisation has operated its activity programme from this location for almost ten years, during which time The DASH Hub has become an integral part of DASH’s work and presence in the community. While this decision is met with great sadness, DASH is now actively seeking a new premises from which to continue delivering its services.
Securing suitable accommodation is proving to be challenging. DASH is therefore appealing to the local community for support. If any individuals or organisations are aware of available hall or community space within the local area that could be used Monday to Friday, DASH would be grateful to hear from you.
